I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We're so sorry something went wrong with your order! Please drop us an email with your order number, and we'll get that resolved for you as soon as possible! delivery@proteinworld.com.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. This means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed!

Where's my order?

Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will recieve an email from us, with your tracking information! If you have any queries, drop us an email - delivery@proteinworld.com. 

I've placed a subscription, can I make changes to this for my next month

Absolutely! We know you might change your mind on what you'd like for the next month of your subscription, so you can make any amendments in your account. You can change the flavour, address and payment information! If you have any other queries, drop us an email - delivery@proteinworld.com.

How long is delivery?

This depends on which country you are getting your order shipped to and the delivery option you choose. Head to the delivery page for more info on the options we offer and the transit times.

What can I do if I believe I have received a faulty product?

We take great pride in our products, so we are sorry to hear that you believe you have received a faulty item! Please contact us at delivery@proteinworld.com and provide us with the PUK code, your order number and a picture of the product. This will enable us to investigate for you.

How do I use the Slender blend?

You use four scoops, in 400ml of water or any nut based milk - preferably unsweetened. It can be used a meal replacement or a post-workout shake! For more information, head to the Slender Blend product page.

Can I use any of your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding please consult your doctor.

 

Our nutrition specialists advise those who are pregnant not use the slender blend for weight loss. We recommend consuming the slender blend either as a:

We wouldn’t recommend taking the Fat Metabolisers, Carb Blockers or Hunger Buster capsules as these can be detrimental to the health of your baby. For more advice, drop an email to our nutritionists - advice@proteinworld.com. 

 

Can women and men use Protein World products?

Absolutely! Every single one of our products can be used by either men or women.

What product is best for me?

Can I use your products while I'm on medication

Send an email to our team advice@proteinworld.com, with the name of the medication and the reason for taking it, and we'll be able to advise further.

Can I have a healthy meal for lunch and shake for dinner instead?

The Slender Plan is designed to work around you. Therefore, you can replace whichever meals you like with the Slender Blend and Slender Porridge. We just recommend having one nutritious wholefoods meal a day (whether this be lunch or dinner).

Do I need to exercise whilst on the Slender Plan?

You can lose weight without exercising. However, exercising (in particular HIIT and resistance training) will help to maximise fat loss results.

Do I have to follow the recipes in the booklet?

The recipes in the book are just a guideline that follow the recommended calorie and nutrient intake. However, feel free to get creative with your own recipes. If you need more inspiration we have lots of recipes available on our recipes page.

What else can I snack on?

  • 1tsp of peanut butter with sliced apple
  • Hummus with vegetables (carrots/celery/peppers/cucumber)
  • Total 0% fat yogurt with some berries
  • Boiled egg
  • Turkey/chicken breast
  • Handful of nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts).
