Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will receive an email from us, with your tracking information! If you have any queries contact our customer service team at customerservice@proteinworld.com.

- Items missing from order
- Wrong item in your order
- faulty item in your order
To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. As long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse we can amend your order. We can only change flavour of a product not the product itself. If you wish to do so please contact our customer service team on customerservice@proteinworld.com.
Absolutely!
You can pause, amend or cancel your subscription.
All of these changes can be made on our new and improved Recharge customer portal. All you need to do is log into your account and click manage subscriptions.
Cancellations can only be made after two charges.
Discounts cannot be applied to any Subscription orders

Returns are really simple and easy all you need to do if download our returns form, fill it out and use our FREE POST address to get it sent back to our warehouse.
