Ingredients

 

  • 4 scoops (40g) White Chocolate Raspberry Slender Blend
  • 1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
  • Handful raspberries
  • Handful strawberries
  • Add water/milk to desired consistency
Toppings
  • Raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Coconut flakes
 

Method

 
This creamy yoghurt smoothie bowl is a delicious breakfast to change things up in the morning! With 10g fibre this gut friendly bowl will help improve your digestive system as well as keep you full for longer!
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and process until thick and creamy.
  2. Add the liquid (either water or milk) between blending to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Scoop / pour into a bowl and top to serve.
