Spiced Vanilla Chai Oats
- 50g Slender Vanilla Porridge
- 1 black tea bag
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp chai spice (or ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp nutmeg and a dash of cloves)
- 15g Protein
- 40g Carbohydrate
- 13g Fat
- 8g Fibre
Warm coconunt milk in a pan with the tea bag.
Brew for around 5 minutes before stirring in the oats and spices
Cook on a medium-low heat until thickened.
Top with chopped pear and a drizzle of almond butter
