Slender Salted Caramel Cookies

  • 4 scoops Salted Caramel Slender Blend
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups Instant Oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

These delicious sweet caramelly cookies are made with coconut flour which is high in MCTs (medium chain fatty acids) which can promote heart health and help with weight management when paired with a healthy diet!
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper – set to one side for later

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine PW coconut oil and honey

  3. Once mixed well add the egg whites, apple sauce, and maple syrup and continue to mix – an electric mixer will work best for this!

  4. In a separate bowl mix the rest of the dry ingredients and then gradually add to the wet mixture whilst continuously stirring / keep the electric whisk on low

  5. Once combined, separate the dough into tablespoon sized balls and flatten onto the baking tray spaced apart

  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked
