SLENDER PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

 

Ingredients

 

  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of Slender Blend (vanilla works best)
  • 2 tbs brewed coffee / 1-2tsp instant coffee
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
 

Method

 

1. Prepare your pumpkin puree - you can buy this ready made in supermarkets, or if you can’t get hold of it, you can make your own by cutting a pumpkin in half, discarding the seeds, wrapping it in foil and roasting for 30 minutes. Then just scoop out the flesh and give it a whizz to puree it

2. Put the pumpkin and the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

3. Enjoy cold or heat up on the hob or microwave for a great, healthy alternative to this autumn favourite
