Protein Carrot Cake

 

Ingredients

 

  • 175g mashed banana
  • 200g blended oats (can use flour)
  • 80g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 220ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

 

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth consistency is formed
  • Pour the mixture into baking tin (use non stick)
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins
  • Leave to cool and then add toppings
