Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 260g crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 scoops of Slender Blend - any flavour!
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 and line baking sheet with paper
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
  • Moisten hands (to prevent from sticking), and roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy!
