Ingredients
• 50g Slender Granola Mixed Fruit • ½ apple grated • ½ sliced banana • 60g low-fat natural yoghurt • ¼ cup almond milk |
Method
- Add all the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl and combine
- Add in the coconut oil, egg, milk and honey and mix together using your hands until a dough is formed
- Sprinkle some extra almond flour on a clean surface and roll out your dough until it is 1cm thick
- Use cutters to cut out your cookies and place of a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown
