Chocolate Hazelnut Protein Cake🍫🌰
MACROS (per slice): Ingredients: Topped with 25g hazel nutter chocolate spread and 10g chopped hazelnuts🌰 |
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a smooth consistency is formed.
2️⃣ Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.
3️⃣ Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 mins.
4️⃣ Leave to cool and then add toppings👩🏽🍳
Billionaire Shortbread Protein Mug Cake🍪🧁
MACROS (per slice): Ingredients: Topped with 3g salted caramel spread, 3g chocolate caramel spread and a billionaire shortbread reload protein bar😍 |
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix all ingredients in a bowl (apart from the toppings).
2️⃣ Lightly grease a mug to stop the cake from sticking.
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into the mug and microwave for 3-4 mins.
4️⃣ Flip the mug cake onto a plate and add toppings👩🏽🍳

MACROS (per 1/8th): Ingredients: Topped with 40g greek yoghurt and 100g strawberries (microwaved for 2 mins)🍓 |
