COOKIES & CREAM PROTEIN PANCAKES

 

Ingredients

 

  • 4 scoops (50g) Slender Pancakes
  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 100g low fat Greek yogurt, mixed with 2 scoops (20g) of Cookies & Cream Slender Blend
  • Sugar free syrup and dark chocolate to serve (optional)
 

Method

 
Add all the dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl and combine
Add in the coconut oil, egg, milk and honey and mix together using your hands until a dough is formed
Sprinkle some extra almond flour on a clean surface and roll out your dough until it is 1cm thick
Use cutters to cut out your cookies and place of a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake at 180 for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown
