Preheat oven to 150˚c and line baking tray with baking paper

In a bowl, mix Slender Granola, coconut, pumpkin seeds & almonds

Melt coconut oil and pour into the oat mixture and mix until combined

Spread mixture evenly on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes

Remove from the over, stir in the dried apricot and let cool then serve with 250ml almond milk
