COCONUT FRUITY GRANOLA

 

Ingredients

 

  • 50g Slender Granola 
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 
  • 20g whole almonds 
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 30g dried apricot, chopped 

 

Method

 
  • Preheat oven to 150˚c and line baking tray with baking paper
  • In a bowl, mix Slender Granola, coconut, pumpkin seeds & almonds
  • Melt coconut oil and pour into the oat mixture and mix until combined
  • Spread mixture evenly on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove from the over, stir in the dried apricot and let cool then serve with 250ml almond milk
