Ingredients

Cake Base Ingredients:

  • 30g oat flour
  • 25g strawberry protein powder from @proteinworld
  • 85g chopped strawberries
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 75–100 ml water (add slowly to reach a cake batter consistency)

Yogurt Layer:

  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 60g plain or Greek yogurt
  • A few flav drops or 1 tsp honey

Chocolate Ganache Layer:

  • 15g cocoa powder
  • Flav drops or sweetener of choice
  • 5–10g boiling water (add gradually!)
  • 1 fresh strawberry to top

Recipe

  1. Make the Cake Base: Mix oat flour, protein powder, strawberries, and baking powder. Slowly add water until a smooth, cake-like batter forms.
  2. Microwave It: Pour into a microwave-safe bowl or jar. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, or until cooked through. Let it cool, then chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours.
  3. Add the Yogurt Layer: Mix yogurt, cocoa powder, and sweetener until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled cake.
  4. Top with Ganache: Mix cocoa powder and sweetener, then slowly add boiling water until a thick chocolate sauce forms. Drizzle on top and finish with a fresh strawberry.
  5. Chill & Enjoy: Pop it back in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to set. Then dig in!
