- 40g chocolate mug cake mix
- 20g chocolate whey protein powder
- 60ml water
Topped with 10g snickers protein bar, chocolate peanut butter and a sprinkle of peanuts & chocolate chips.
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (apart from the toppings).
2. Lightly grease a mug to stop the cake from sticking.
3. Pour the mixture into the mug and microwave for 2 mins.
4. Flip the mug cake onto a plate and add toppings.
