Ingredients

 

  • 3 scoops Fudge Sundae Slender Blend
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 50g non-fat yoghurt
  • Sprinkle of nuts, topping (optional)
 

Method

 
  • An indulgent dessert which is not only delicious but also packs in 25g protein to help keep you satisfied and prevent overeating.

    1. Add all ingredients, minus your toppings, to a blender or food processor.

    2. Blitz until smooth and creamy, pour into your bowl and top with desired toppings.
