Method
To make the chocolate pancakes:
- 1/2 cup oats (blended into flour)
- 15g chocolate whey protein
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 egg + egg white
- 1/2 tsp monk fruit
- 1/4 cup of milk
Mix all the ingredients together until a pancake batter is formed, cook your pancakes in a frying pan.
Stack them up and top with some melted hazelnut spread, strawberries and blueberries!
