Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 20g protein powder (banana whey concentrate)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp bicarb
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • crack of salt
  • sweetener to taste

 

Method

  • Mash the banana, add the egg and beat
  • Add the remaining ingredients, mix
  • Fry lightly on each side until cooked
