APPLE CRISP GRANOLA

 

Ingredients

 

  • 30g Slender Granola 
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp sultanas, optional
  • 2 tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt, to serve

 

Method

 
On a medium heat, cook the apple in a small saucepan with cinnamon, syrup and a splash of water until soft (approx. 5 minutes)
Serve in a bowl with our Honey Crunch Granola, sultanas and some fresh yoghurt
