I dont have the best caffeine tolerance so I only take 1 of these at a time. I take one 1st thing in the morning before breakfast before I start work at 4am (my job involves a lot of rushing around and I can easily walk up to 12 miles on a shift, as well as pushing and lifting things) and it gives me the best boost! I feel much less lethargic and I've really started to notice myself toning up

I've been using these for about two or three weeks now and was a bit sceptical at first if they would actually make a difference. I used them as instructed, 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch for the first week and then upping it to 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch in week 2.
I havent been using these alongside the shakes as I tried them before and I didn't really enjoy them. I've been using these alongside a calorie controlled diet and 3x 30 minute runs per week and in total I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks. Previously when I was losing weight I would have only lost about 4lb so they have definitely boosted my weight loss a little bit.
They also wake me up in the mornings and keep me fuelled with energy throughout the day. I have been running after work around 5/6pm and I find I still have the energy to go, whereas before I would have struggled and been tired. They also keep me from being bloated and I have noticeably slimmed down since taking them.
I will definitely be purchasing some more of these!
