Made entirely from plant-based ingredients, gooey in the middle with a cakey outside, you can have your low sugar, high protein dessert whilst still staying in a calorie deficit with this cake in a mug recipe. The high protein content will help develop and maintain lean muscle mass whilst keeping you fuller for much longer than the average dessert. This high protein mug cake mix is so easy to make in the microwave and there are 12 slender mug cake servings so you always have plenty to spare!

How to use

  • Melt 1/4 tsp of coconut oil in a mug in the microwave. 
  • Add 3 yellow scoops of the mug cake mix and 2.5 yellow scoops of almond milk into the mug and mix thoroughly. 
  • Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds.

Love this mug cake! Tastes amazing and is so low cal! Perfect desert, I’ve literally had it every night this week 🤤 literally the best plant based cake I’ve had!

As far as plant based protein mug cakes go, this is probably the best! It’s not overly high in protein but sure does make for an enjoyable evening treat!
