Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, we start working on it straight away. This means we are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed!
Where's my order?
Once your order has been placed, our team are working hard to ensure it's shipped as soon as possible. Once this has been despatched, you will recieve an email from us, with your tracking information! If you have any queries, drop us an email - email@example.com.
Due to high demand deliveries are now taking up to up to 10 working days, we apologise for any inconvenience, we will get your PW goodies to you as soon as possible!
I've placed a subscription, can I make changes to this for my next month
You can update, add to or cancel your subscription at any time!

What can I do if I believe I have received a faulty product?
We take great pride in our products, so we are sorry to hear that you believe you have received a faulty item! Please contact us at email@example.com and provide us with the PUK code, your order number and a picture of the product. This will enable us to investigate for you.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel any future orders of your subscription by logging into your Protein World account.
1. Click on the Person icon in the top right corner of any page on desktop or click on the burger icon on the top left of your mobile device and select 'View Account'
2. Log in to your account
3. Go to 'Manage subscriptions' and choose the option to cancel your subscription

How do I use the Slender blend?
We recommend four scoops, added to 400ml of water or any nut based milk - preferably unsweetened. It can be used a meal replacement or a post-workout shake! You can use cow's milk but please be aware the nutritional values will change. For more information, head to the Slender Blend product page.
Can I use any of your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Do your products contain nuts?
It's best to check individual ingredient lists. We do follow cross-contamination measures, however some of our products are made in a factory that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee they're 100% nut-free! If you have any concerns or questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can women and men use Protein World products?
Absolutely! Every single one of our products can be used by either men or women.
What product is best for me?
Can I use your products while I'm on medication?
Send an email to our team email@example.com, with the name of the medication and the reason for taking it, and we'll be able to advise further.
How do I incorporate the boosters into my day?
Can I have a healthy meal for lunch and shake for dinner instead?
The Slender Plan is designed to work around you. Therefore, you can replace whichever meals you like with the Slender Blend and Slender Porridge. We just recommend having one nutritious wholefoods meal a day (whether this be lunch or dinner). Check out our recipes for inspiration!
Do I need to exercise whilst on the Slender Plan?
You can lose weight without exercising. However, exercising (in particular HIIT and resistance training) will help to maximise fat loss results.
Do I have to follow the recipes in the booklet?
The recipes in the book are just a guideline that follow the recommended calorie and nutrient intake. However, feel free to get creative with your own recipes. If you need more inspiration we have lots of recipes available on our recipes page.
What else can I snack on?
- 1tsp of peanut butter with sliced apple
- Hummus with vegetables (carrots/celery/peppers/cucumber)
- Total 0% fat yogurt with some berries
- Boiled egg
- Turkey/chicken breast
- Handful of nuts (almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts).
