Green tea is lightly caffeinated to give you that little energy boost, whilst natural peppermint and nettle extracts leave you feeling anti-bloated to prevent those sluggish post-breakfast feelings.
How to use
- Have one cup in the morning to start your day!
- For best results use freshly drawn water that has boiled and been left to cool for 2 minutes.
