Beauty berry smoothie bowl (serves 1)
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
- 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut milk (fom a carton - not tinned)
- ⅓ (50g) avocado
- 1/2 cup (65g) frozen raspberries
- ½ cup (65g) frozen blueberries
- 1tbsp ground flaxseeds
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a smoothie bowl to top with extra fruit/seeds or add ½ cup more milk to pour into a glass.
Nutrition: 385kcal, 29g protein, 19g carbs, 17g sugar, 14g fibre, 18g fat

Strawberry Cheesecake Shake (Serves 1)
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
- 1tbsp cottage cheese
- 4-5 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy take on a classic milkshake.

Strawberries and Cream Overnight Bircher (serves 2)
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
- 1/2 cup (40g) rolled oats
- 1 apple, grated
- 2tbsp coconut chips
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp chopped nuts
- 1cup (250ml) unsweetened coconut milk
The night before mix all ingredients into a container or jar until thoroughly combined. Seal with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning remove the bircher from the fridge and top with extra berries of choice.
