How do I use the new Slender plan?
The Slender Plan 4 week flexible weight loss programme. With the Slender Plan we have your week set with products to cover breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks from Monday - Friday. Can I do the plan, not exercise and still lose weight?
Yes, you can follow the Slender Plan and lose some weight without exercising, however taking part in regular exercise will increase calorie expenditure helping to maximise your weight loss results. Exercise will also improve body composition, giving you a more toned look.
What can I have for my snacks of the day, I need some tips!
Aim for high protein, high fiber snacks where possible as these will help fill you up for longer so you are less likely to want to make negative snack choices.
Great options include:
• Slender Bars
• Vegetable sticks (carrots, peppers, celery, cucumber, radish) dipped into hummus or cottage cheese
• Greek yogurt with berries
• Small handful of nuts (unsalted)
• Good fruit options: strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, oranges, satsumas, grapefruit
How much weight will I lose on the plan?
Weight loss can vary depending on the individual and various other factors including exercise and the balance of your diet. The average weight loss following the Slender Plan is 2-4 lbs per week.

Can I use the Slender Plan while breastfeeding?
When you are breastfeeding it is essential to keep yourself and your baby at optimum health. Eating healthy foods is more important than ever, as the food you eat is the main source of nutrients for your baby. Nursing mothers have higher energy demands to sustain milk supply therefore this isn’t time for extreme calorie restriction. Gradual weight loss of around 1-2 lbs a week is safe for both you and your baby.
Breastfeeding mothers can follow the same structure for the 'Your Plan' but we would recommend increasing the calories slightly by having more nutrient dense foods at both snack and meal times.
Due to the high levels of caffeine within the Fat Metabolisers (124mg per capsule) we would not recommend the Core or Simple plan. We would therefore suggest the 'Your Plan' and choosing breastfeeding safe boosters:
