Strawberry Parfait

Serves 4


  • 1 Cup Instant Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced Almonds
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup roasted Sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp melted Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 Scoops of Slender Blend, any flavour
  • 50g fat free Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries

A perfect on the go breakfast which is packed full of healthy fats, fibre and antioxidants to have you feeling fully energised all morning!
    • Pre heat oven to 180 degrees c
    • Place parchment paper over a baking tray and set to one side
    • Mix the Oats, Almonds, Coconut, Sunflower seeds and Flaxseed in in a large bowl
    • Pour over the Honey and melted Coconut oil then mix again
    • Pour the mixture out onto the baking tray in an even layer and place in the oven for 15 minutes
    • Store the mixture and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown - once cooked set to one side to cool
    • In a bowl mix the Slender Blend and Greek Yoghurt, add a little water if you need to mix the powder.
    • Once the granola has cooled, layer the Granola in a glass, then the Berries and then the Yoghurt.
    • Top this with a Strawberry or sprinkle with a little Dark Chocolate or Desiccated Coconut
