Sea Salt Double chocolate oat cookies





• 85g slender chocolate porridge
• 85g plain flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 70g vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 9g cocoa powder
• 70g light brown sugar
• 35g almond flour


To decorate:

• Dark chocolate drizzle
• Sprinkles of sea salt flakes




  1. Preheat oven to 175C

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the egg, vegetable oil and sugar.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix until just combined.

  4. Roll the dough into 12 equal balls, press lightly for a flatter cookie!

  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before decorating. Drizzle chocolate over and sprinkle some sea salt
