Healthy Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180g) almond butter, smooth
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ cup (60ml) coconut oil, melted
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup (37g) golden flaxseed, ground
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tsp sea salt

Method
- Preheat the oven to 350F. line a 4x8 inch loaf pan with parchment and grease well with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, blend the almond butter, eggs, honey, coconut oil and apple cider vinegar with a hand blender.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flax, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix the dry into the wet, pour into the greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Enjoy with your favourite healthy toppings.
