Carb Free Fajita Wraps


  • 1 free range chicken breast
  • 3tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 - 1/2tsp cayenne (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder/ 1/2 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • large lettuce leaves

  • 1. Marinate the chicken in the lime juice and spices for 20 minutes to an hour - if you like your food spicy then add some cayenne
  • 2. Fry the chicken, peppers and pepper in a tsp of coconut oil
  • 3. Place two table spoons of your fajita filling in the centre of a large lettuce leaf, top with fresh salsa, sliced avocado and a drizzle of low fat yoghurt then wrap up and enjoy!
