Acai Nut Yoghurt Bark
- 500g greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsps Protein World Acai Powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted almonds
- In a blender, mix yoghurt, honey & acai powder until well-combined.
- Pour mixture in bottom of a pan lined with aluminium foil. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the top.
- Freeze for approx. 1 hour or until completely frozen. Once frozen, cut into slices and enjoy. Store in a freezer.
