Having used the Slenderplan before (I lost 5 stone in 18 months!), I knew it would be the only thing to work this time round. During my pregnancy I gained around 3 stone (pretty normal), I gave birth in August 2022 and after 4 weeks of learning this new hectic lifestyle I decided it was time to get back on it.
