Caramelised Banana and Pecan Granola
- 40g Slender Granola
- 1 banana, halved
- 10g crushed pecans
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- Low-fat yoghurt to serve
- 15g Protein
- 40g Carbohydrate
- 13g Fat
- 8g Fibre
Preheat grill to a medium-high heat.
Slice banana in half and put onto a lined baking tray. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and pecans
Toast under the grill for approximately 5 minutes until browned and the sugar has caramelised
Serve immediately with Slender Granola and a spoonful of your favourite yoghurt
