    1. Beauty berry smoothie bowl (serves 1)

       

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
      • 1/2 cup (125ml) coconut milk (fom a carton - not tinned)
      • ⅓ (50g) avocado
      • 1/2 cup (65g) frozen raspberries
      • ½ cup (65g) frozen blueberries
      • 1tbsp ground flaxseeds

       

      Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a smoothie bowl to top with extra fruit/seeds or add ½ cup more milk to pour into a glass.

       

      Nutrition: 385kcal, 29g protein, 19g carbs, 17g sugar, 14g fibre, 18g fat


    strawberry cheesecake smoothie

      

    1. Strawberry Cheesecake Shake (Serves 1)

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
      • 1 frozen banana
      • 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
      • 1tbsp cottage cheese
      • 4-5 ice cubes

       

      Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy take on a classic milkshake.

       

      Nutrition: 344kcal, 36g protein, 31g carbs, 28g sugar, 2.6g fibre, 8g fat



    overnight bircher bowl

     

    1. Strawberries and Cream Overnight Bircher (serves 2)

       

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
      • 1/2 cup (40g) rolled oats
      • 1 apple, grated
      • 2tbsp coconut chips
      • 2tbsp chia seeds
      • 1tbsp chopped nuts
      • 1cup (250ml) unsweetened coconut milk

       

      The night before mix all ingredients into a container or jar until thoroughly combined. Seal with a lid and leave in the fridge overnight.

      The next morning remove the bircher from the fridge and top with extra berries of choice.
