Keto Strawberries & Cream

    keto choc mousse

     

    1. Keto Strawberry Chocolate Mousse (serves 3)

       

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Keto Blend
      • 1 large ripe avocado
      • ¼ cup (60g) coconut cream
      • ¼ cup (45g) dark chocolate, melted (approx. 75% cocoa)
      • 5-10 liquid stevia drops

       

      In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients and whizz until smooth and creamy. Serve in bowls for a delicious low-carb dessert or snack.

       

      Nutrition: 308kcal, 12g protein, 38g carbs (4.3g net carbs), 6g sugar, 3.7g fibre, 25g fat


    keto choc shake

      

    1. Keto Dark Chocolate Strawberry Shake (serves 1)

       

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Keto Blend
      • ½ avocado
      • 1 tbsp full fat Greek yoghurt
      • 1 tbsp cacao powder
      • ½ cup (125ml) almond milk
      • Ice cubes

       

      In a blender, whiz all the ingredients on high until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

       

      Nutrition: 418kcal, 33g protein, 7.1g carbs (1.1g net carbs), 3.2g sugar, 6g fibre, 27g fat

    1.  Keto Protein Strawberry Pancakes (serves 4)

       

      • 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Keto Blend
      • 6 large eggs
      • 170g cream cheese
      • 2tbsp coconut oil, melted

       

      In a mixing bowl beat the eggs. Add the cream cheese and coconut oil and whisk until smooth. Stir in the protein powder until fully combined. 

      Heat a pan on a medium heat, with 1tsp coconut oil. Pour in 1-2tbsp the batter and cook for two minutes on each side.

       

      Nutrition: 284kcal, 22g protein, 2.7g carbs (2.3g net), 2.3g sugar, 0.4g fibre, 21g fat
