New Flavour Alert: Strawberries & Cream

Strawberry Cheesecake Shake (Serves 1)
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Slender Blend
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
- 1tbsp cottage cheese
- 4-5 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy this healthy take on a classic milkshake.
Nutrition: 344kcal, 36g protein, 31g carbs, 28g sugar, 2.6g fibre, 8g fat
Keto Protein Strawberry Pancakes (serves 4)
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Keto Blend
- 6 large eggs
- 170g cream cheese
- 2tbsp coconut oil, melted
In a mixing bowl beat the eggs. Add the cream cheese and coconut oil and whisk until smooth. Stir in the protein powder until fully combined.
Heat a pan on a medium heat, with 1tsp coconut oil. Pour in 1-2tbsp the batter and cook for two minutes on each side.

Creamy Strawberry Chia Parfait (serves 2)
- 5tbsp chia seeds
- 4 scoops (40g) Strawberries and Cream Vegan Blend
- 5 cup (360ml) coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)
- 4 tbsp plain soy yoghurt
- Fresh fruit to layer (eg. oranges, raspberries, blueberries)
In a jar, stir together chia seeds, Strawberries and Cream Vegan Blend and milk until combined. Seal the lid and leave in the fridge overnight for the chia seeds to soak up the liquid.
The next day prepare your fruit as desired and layer up your parfait. Start with some fruit on the base, followed by soy yoghurt and chia pudding. Finish by topping off with extra fresh fruits.
