Lauren says: ""The challenge helped kickstart my post pregnancy weight loss at a time when I felt down about the way I looked. I was feeling tired and uninspired but this challenge made eating well enjoyable and easy! It also made workouts quick and effective by letting me choose the type of workouts I needed when I had gaps! I’m keeping the weight off and keeping busy but the best part is I feel more like “me” again!
