  • Vanilla layer
  • ½ small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/4 vanilla bean pod or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • ½ Tbsp Chia Seeds

 

  • Green Mint Layer
  • ½ small frozen banana
  • 1.5 cups fresh spinach
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup light coconut milk

Method

  • Blend all ingredients of vanilla layer and add to a long glass
  • Blend all ingredients of green mint layer and add to the vanilla layer, serve immediately
