superseed Power Bars
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup almonds, chopped
- ¼ cup Protein World superseed blend
- 2 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
- ¾ cup pitted medjool dates
- ½ cup Protein World peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup dark chocolate
Cover an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Place the dates in a food processor and pulse until it forms a ball.
Next add the oats, almonds, superseed blend, and chia seeds and pulse for 30 seconds.
Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a microwave safe bowl until combined. Add to the food processor and pulse until combined.
Pour mixture into your baking sheet, and press down with your hands to make an even layer.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Place the chocolate in a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner cut out. Drizzle the chocolate on top of the bars.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours, and cut into 15 bars.
