• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the strawberry puree, cream cheese, slender blend, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture over the crust.

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Let the cheesecake cool before removing it from the pan and slicing into wedges.
