Strawberry Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Instant Oats
- 1 1/2 cups sliced Almonds
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup roasted Sunflower seeds (unsalted)
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- 2 tbsp melted Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 Scoops of Slender Blend, any flavour
- 50g fat free Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries

Method
A perfect on the go breakfast which is packed full of healthy fats, fibre and antioxidants to have you feeling fully energised all morning!
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees c
- Place parchment paper over a baking tray and set to one side
- Mix the Oats, Almonds, Coconut, Sunflower seeds and Flaxseed in in a large bowl
- Pour over the Honey and melted Coconut oil then mix again
- Pour the mixture out onto the baking tray in an even layer and place in the oven for 15 minutes
- Store the mixture and bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown - once cooked set to one side to cool
- In a bowl mix the Slender Blend and Greek Yoghurt, add a little water if you need to mix the powder.
- Once the granola has cooled, layer the Granola in a glass, then the Berries and then the Yoghurt.
- Top this with a Strawberry or sprinkle with a little Dark Chocolate or Desiccated Coconut
