Strawberry and Banana Smoothie Bowl

  • 3 scoops Strawberry Milkshake Slender Blend (or Vegan Blend)
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 50g non-fat natural yoghurt (or plain soy yoghurt if vegan)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 frozen strawberries

Not only does adding protein to your smoothie bowls make them incredibly delicious, consuming protein at breakfast will also help you feel more satisfied and less likely to snack mid morning! We also like to include some low fat yoghurt in ours to make them extra creamy!


  • Add all ingredients into a high power blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth, transfer to a bowl and add desired toppings.
