Spicy Nuts with Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews etc.)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs finely chopped rosemary

Method

  • 1. Toast the nuts in the oven for 10-12 minutes
  • 2. While the nuts are toasting heat the coconut oil, maple syrup and spices in a pan
  • 3. Take off the heat and mix in the toasted nuts until coated evenly
  • Serves 7
