Slender Yoghurt Berry Bars
- 1 Cup of plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 scoops protein powder (any flavour)
- Handful of fresh blueberries and cherries
- Handful of cashews and pumpkin seeds
- Handful of dried berries
- 3 squares of chopped up dark chocolate

- Mix 2 scoops of protein powder in the yoghurt until well combined
- Spread a thick layer of yogurt on to some wax paper.
- Sprinkle your choice of toppings such as nuts, fruit, dark chocolate. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Crack the bar into pieces and enjoy!
