Slender Vanilla And Blueberry Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup vanilla Slender Blend
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 dark chocolate bar

Method

  • In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except the blueberries and chocolate. Add more coconut flour if the consistency seems too wet, or more milk if it seems too dry.
  • Add the blueberries to the mixture and shape the batter into 8 small bars; place on parchment paper or wax paper. Chill the bars for 20-30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds or until melted. Then dip or coat the bars and return to the parchment paper. Place in the freezer or fridge until the chocolate is solid.
  • Take out and enjoy!
