Slender Summer Smoothie Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla/strawberry slender blend
  • 1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 3 cups chopped English cucumber
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 cups chopped frozen watermelon
  • 200ml coconut water
  • cup of ice cubes

Method

  • Add yoghurt, cucumber, mint and lemon juice to blender and process until smooth
  • Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and then place the juice back into the blender
  • Add the watermelon, coconut water and ice cubes and slender blend to the mixture and process a gain until smooth
