  • 1/2 cup low-fat greek yoghurt (or plain soya yoghurt)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (use 100% pom juice)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey

Method
