Slender Lemon & Honey Shake

Ingredients

  • 40g (4 yellow scoops) slender blend
  • 3 tbs natural yoghurt
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (preferably Manuka)
  • 150ml water
  • ice cubes
