  • 40g (four yellow scoops) of chocolate slender blend
  • 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 175ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 140g Oats
  • 60g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbs chocolate chips (optional)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180
  • Spray a loaf tin with non-stick cooking spray
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (except for the optional chocolate chips), and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips if you are using them
  • Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean Makes 8 generous slices!
