Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 2 tbsps rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Toppings (optional):
  • 2 tsps chopped sultanas
  • Crushed walnuts
