Slender Blueberry Swirl

Ingredients

  • 40g vanilla slender blend
  • 200g fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • 400ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • Blueberry sauce (Optional)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add ice to achieve the right consistency
  •  In a saucepan over a medium heat, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of water, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil.
  • Add the sauce to the bottom of the cup/shaker and fill the rest up with the smoothie
