Raw Cookie dough protein balls

Ingredients

For the brownie flavour

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour/oats
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond/peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

For the Cookie Dough

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour/oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond/peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Method

  • In a medium size bowl or a food processor, mix together all ingredients for the brownie flavour. It should be the consistency of cookie dough. If it's too dry, add a bit more almond milk.
  • Roll the dough into about 1/2 tablespoon balls. Set aside.
  • Mix together all ingredients for the cookie dough flavour. Again, if it's too dry, add little more almond milk.
  • Roll the dough into about 1/2 tablespoon balls.
  • Next, take 1 brownie ball and 1 cookie dough ball and combine them by compressing them together and rolling into a ball. Repeat!
  • Set in the fridge for up to 1 hour
  • Makes 15 balls
