Raw Chocolate Fudge Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • Half cup almonds
  • Half cup cashews
  • Cup full of dates
  • ¼ cup dried berries/raisons
  • 2 scoops Fudge Sundae Slender Blend
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Half cup shredded coconut

Method

These energy balls are the perfect on-the-go snack to pick you up in between meals. Made with dates and dried fruit, all the sugar in this recipe is completely natural!
  • Blend the cashews and almonds in a food processor until crumble
  • Add in the dates, protein powder, cocoa, dried berries, vanilla extract and coconut oil and process together until a sticky texture is formed
  • Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons, form balls with your hands and then roll in the shredded coconut
  • Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then place in the freezer to set for at least an hour before serving. Store the balls in a sealed container in the fridge or in the freezer.
